Service Operator I – Frac Acid

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Operator I to support frac acid operations on well sites. The role involves rigging equipment, ensuring safe service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced oilfield environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform equipment rig‑up and rig‑down on location under direct supervision.
• Operate service equipment such as DME units, high‑pressure pumps, and blenders in accordance with job designs and KPIs.
• Conduct on‑site calculations, collect and distribute job data as required.
• Coordinate equipment clean‑up, repair, and preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Apply HMS and HSE standards, promote safety, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant experience and completion of required competencies.
• Ability to work safely and follow detailed procedures.

Required skills

• Operation of high‑pressure pumps.
• Use of blenders for frac acid services.
• Knowledge of HMS (Health Management System) standards.
• Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
