ServiceNow Architect

About the role

Synechron is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join its Riyadh team. The role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients, ensuring alignment with security, compliance and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define high‑level and detailed architectures for ServiceNow applications, integrations and supporting infrastructure.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory and performance standards specific to financial services.
• Align designs with enterprise architecture frameworks and client governance models.
• Communicate architecture vision and roadmap to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10‑20 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within financial services.
• Proven ability to design enterprise‑scale solutions with strong security and compliance focus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior audiences.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise, including implementation and customization.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and data modeling.
• Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance.
