Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will work full‑time on‑site in Jeddah, overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring that work aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role acts as the bridge between engineering teams, contractors, and on‑site staff to keep the project on track.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction work, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
• Coordinate with civil and structural engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and adherence to quality‑control procedures.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and site documentation for project managers.
• Support project managers with on‑site documentation and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience supervising construction activities on a site.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, make on‑site decisions, and adapt to changing project needs.
