Site Manager – HV Turnkey Project

About the role

The Site Manager for the HV Turnkey Project will lead the planning, execution and finalisation of high‑voltage cable transmission projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards while coordinating internal teams and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full‑scale project plans, budgets and communication documents.
• Coordinate resources, personnel and third‑party contractors to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies and critical path using tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Prepare and present status reports, proposals and documentation to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage scope changes and implement contingency plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Professional PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in site or project management of underground HV/HT cable transmission projects.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
