About the role
The Skilled Helper supports the organization by understanding the not‑for‑profit (NFP) business environment and ensuring that maintenance activities align with company objectives. This role requires clear communication and the ability to work with a variety of machinery, spare parts, and tools.
Key responsibilities
- Understand NFP business environment and objectives to align daily tasks with organizational goals.
- Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures consistently across maintenance activities.
- Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
- Utilize knowledge of the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
Required profile
- Ability to grasp and work within the NFP business framework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for business contexts.
- Familiarity with internal policies, procedures, and maintenance environments.
