Solution Architect – Enterprise Application & Data Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of application and technology architectures across the enterprise. The role bridges business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall architecture framework.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce application and technology architecture reference models and translate business needs into coherent technical designs.
• Develop, catalog, communicate and maintain application architecture artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and manage data models, ensuring consistency across project and enterprise levels.
• Continuously improve the application and service landscape in line with business architecture.
• Collaborate with project, data, infrastructure and enterprise architects to produce high‑level solution designs.
• Advise implementation teams and communicate architecture decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit, risk management, anti‑fraud and anti‑corruption policies.

Required profile

• Strong ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and provide advisory support.
• Experience working with sales or consulting teams to align solutions with client objectives.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
