About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Spa & Recreation Manager to join its team in Riyadh, preferably an Arabic speaker. The manager leads the leisure team, supports guests and members in achieving their wellness goals, and works as part of the management team to keep the department running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the leisure team and lead by example
- Keep standards of cleanliness high and ensure guests' safety
- Manage budgets and inventory
- Work proactively with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the leisure department
Required profile
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- An eye for detail and ability to solve problems creatively
- Passion for creating exceptional service
- Team player with strong verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working in a lively environment
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
