Sr. Design Engineer - Electrical

About the role

The Senior Design Engineer – Electrical will provide technical expertise across multiple projects, delivering innovative design solutions while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. The role supports the full project lifecycle from concept through construction and operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed design plans, schedules and resources to meet project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators, address RFIs and technical queries, and ensure design deliverables align with regulatory and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, mechanical) and quality assurance to integrate designs and conduct QA checks.
• Research and apply local and global engineering regulations, supporting continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑4 years of relevant experience in engineering design, preferably in the EPC industry.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
