Staff Nurse I – Jeddah, Madina & Riyadh

About the role

The organization is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its clinical teams in Jeddah, Madina and Riyadh. The Staff Nurse I will deliver comprehensive nursing care, follow the nursing process, and uphold the highest standards of practice while acting as a shift resource or team leader when required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across a range of specialties, ensuring safety and quality.
• Utilise the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and act as a resource for junior staff during shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and Saudi health regulations.
• Participate in emergency response and rapid code situations as needed.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient education initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with at least 2 years full‑time RN experience, or Associate/Diploma with at least 4 years full‑time RN experience.
• Current Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensure and valid RN license from the country of origin.
• Experience in at least one of the listed clinical areas (e.g., Emergency, ICU, Oncology, OR, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a shift team.
