About the role
We are seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team at Pullman Zamzam Madina Hotel, a new 5‑star property located minutes from Al‑Masjid an‑Nabawi. The role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest service across all food‑and‑beverage outlets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in stewarding within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Creative problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to provide support where needed.
- Personal integrity and the ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
