Store Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Kurt Geiger store in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving revenue, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team to achieve high revenue targets and uphold brand image.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor sales per square foot, stock levels, and loss prevention policies to maximise productivity.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and provide actionable feedback to buying and planning teams.
• Drive sales performance, identify commercial opportunities and implement promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, company policies and operational procedures.
• Lead by example to cultivate a culture of excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5‑7 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team towards achieving sales goals.
• Strong understanding of customer profiles and market dynamics.
