Strategy Development Manager

About the role

The Strategy Development Manager leads the execution of the Strategy Development Unit’s plans, ensuring they align with the organization’s overall objectives. This role collaborates across administrative units to deliver joint initiatives and continuously refines the organization’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the unit’s programs in line with corporate goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of shared initiatives.
• Develop, review, and update the organization’s strategy to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Define and track performance indicators for strategic initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting strategic and operational plans.
• Collect, classify, and prioritize projects and strategic ideas, aligning them with objectives.
• Gather and analyze statistical data to support decision‑making.
• Provide strategic advisory services, market research, and insights to senior leadership.
• Maintain organized documentation and manage internal workflow according to approved procedures.
• Apply and improve operational templates for unit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in management, development, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years with a Master’s degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
