About the role

Alasala Colleges, a private higher‑education institution in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Student Affairs Coordinator to support student services and ensure smooth operation of the Student Affairs department.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on student requests, inquiries, and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for students and provide timely and professional assistance.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to address student needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized student records, documents, and correspondence.
• Assist in coordinating student activities, events, orientations, and related initiatives.
• Follow up on student cases and ensure timely completion of required actions.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other Student Affairs documents as required.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Student Affairs department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Student‑focused with a professional and approachable attitude.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to handle student inquiries and concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
