Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end‑to‑end supply chain operations in Dammam. The role will oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier relationships and demand planning to ensure a cost‑effective and timely flow of products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory turnover, maintain balanced stock levels and prevent excess or slow‑moving inventory.
• Plan product replenishment and coordinate with the Procurement Manager to meet product specifications and Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate shipments from ports and airports to warehouses, managing transportation and customs clearance providers for efficient service and competitive costs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) requirements for products and warehouses.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including physical storage, inventory accuracy, team workload distribution and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement and update warehouse policies, procedures and operating processes.
• Monitor product distribution and guarantee timely delivery to customers based on sales requirements.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports, highlighting stock movement, slow‑moving items and products approaching expiry, and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Support the Sales team with inventory information to reduce excess and near‑expiry stock.
• Resolve warehouse and supply‑chain issues to maintain smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply‑chain, inventory and logistics functions, preferably in a Saudi context.
• Strong knowledge of SFDA regulations and Saudi import/export requirements.
• Ability to lead warehouse teams and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience preparing inventory and performance reports.
