About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join Boehringer Ingelheim’s Animal Health business in Riyadh. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position responsible for overseeing storage and distribution through third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) and ensuring cost‑effective, compliant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations between 3PLs and customers.
- Coordinate and track shipments across all divisions.
- Handle sales recognition, invoicing and order‑to‑cash processes, including credit/debit notes.
- Reconcile inventory, identify variances and resolve stock issues.
- Maintain shipment documentation and monitor KPIs for operational performance.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure operational accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1‑2 years of supply chain experience, preferably with 3PLs.
- Saudi national with proficient spoken and written English.
- Basic understanding of financial methods.
Required skills
- 3PL management.
- SAP proficiency.
- MS Office proficiency.
