Tableau Developer – Executive Dashboards (Banking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to create high‑impact executive and C‑suite dashboards for a leading banking client. The role focuses on translating complex banking data into clear visual stories that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive‑level dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Server.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to capture business objectives and reporting needs.
• Translate banking KPIs (financial performance, risk, operations, compliance) into intuitive visualizations.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Publish and manage content on Tableau Server, handling permissions and subscriptions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of hands‑on Tableau development experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering dashboards for executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of banking KPIs and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable insights.
