Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of its people function. You will help identify hiring needs, attract high‑quality candidates, and ensure a smooth, coordinated recruitment process across the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define vacancy profiles, candidate specifications, and recruitment briefs.
• Coordinate and execute recruitment campaigns, including roadshows, career events, and targeted messaging.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against defined criteria.
• Support assessment centre preparation, provide assessor assistance, and build talent pipelines for professional and managerial roles.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate HR data management.
• Analyse recruitment data, generate reports on trends, and recommend improvements to hiring decisions and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating recruitment campaigns, screening candidates, and supporting assessment activities.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and judgment skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage complexity in a fast‑paced environment.
