Talent Development Acting Supervisor

About the role

The Talent Development Acting Supervisor will lead and drive talent development initiatives that boost employee performance, learning, leadership capability, and career growth. Working closely with business leaders, this role will implement performance management and learning strategies that align with organisational objectives and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance management cycle.
• Develop and implement learning and development initiatives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training plans.
• Design competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning programs.
• Coordinate leadership development initiatives and employee assessments.
• Partner with business leaders to define performance objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and development partners.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and employee development programs.
• Support organisational development initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or ATD are an advantage.
• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Performance Management.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of performance management and talent development practices.
• Experience with competency frameworks, succession planning, and career development.
• Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.
