Technical Lead (Senior Full Stack Developer)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead who will drive the design, development, and deployment of modern full‑stack applications. The role blends technical leadership with active coding across the front‑end, back‑end, database, cloud, and AI‑enabled components.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full‑stack solutions using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build and maintain backend services on Supabase and PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and production‑ready patterns.
• Own cloud deployment, release management, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Define and improve CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, testing practices, and deployment workflows.
• Design and integrate AI/LLM‑powered features such as chat assistants, document Q&A, retrieval pipelines, and prompt‑based automation.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval pipelines for context‑aware AI applications.
• Review code, mentor developers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical delivery plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.
