About the role

The Technical Procurement Specialist will support flyadeal’s Engineering and Operations teams by sourcing aircraft spare parts, tools, equipment and technical services. The role ensures procurement is timely, cost‑effective and compliant, helping maintain uninterrupted airline operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of aircraft spare parts, components, tools, equipment and technical services required for maintenance and operational activities.
  • Source, evaluate and onboard suppliers in line with company policies and quality standards.
  • Obtain and analyse quotations to balance cost, quality, delivery timelines and operational needs.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders while adhering to approved procedures and authority limits.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Stores and other stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of requests.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments and service quality to support continuous operations.
  • Participate in negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.
  • Support contract administration, including preparation of contract documentation and routing forms.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, contracts and pricing databases.
  • Track market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations and quality standards.
  • Assist in resolving supply‑chain issues, urgent AOG requirements and supplier‑related challenges.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Aviation Management, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing or logistics; aviation or technical procurement experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP, procurement or inventory‑management systems.
