Technical Solution Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Solution Manager to design, implement and manage enterprise‑grade IT infrastructure. The role bridges architecture and operations, ensuring scalable, secure and automated solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver IT solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
• Install, configure and manage VMware virtualization environments (vSphere, vCenter) for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Drive DevOps adoption by automating provisioning, configuration and deployment with Ansible, Packer and Terraform.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers to support cloud‑native applications.
• Integrate internal and third‑party systems, including SNMP interfaces for network monitoring.
• Administer Linux servers, ensuring performance, security and reliability.
• Design robust network architectures, applying networking and security principles.
• Develop automation scripts in Bash and Python for complex tasks and custom tooling.
• Create architectural documentation, diagrams and operational guides.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Architect, Solutions Architect or Senior Systems/DevOps Engineer in complex environments.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with virtualization platforms and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Strong background in container orchestration, Linux administration and networking.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
