Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver first‑ and second‑level assistance to end‑users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, applications, and devices. The ideal candidate will combine strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑level technical support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and IT equipment.
• Support enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Monitor incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams when required.
• Maintain technical documentation and support records.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience.
