Technology Lead

About the role

The Technology Lead will analyse, develop and manage the company’s technical and business systems, bridging departmental needs with appropriate technology solutions. The focus is on ERP, Odoo, Magento and e‑commerce platforms, driving operational efficiency, data quality and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor all company systems, handling users, permissions, configurations and technical support.
• Gather departmental requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Develop, maintain and integrate ERP solutions, ensuring seamless data flow with other applications.
• Implement and manage Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting and HR.
• Develop and integrate the Magento platform with payment gateways, shipping providers and internal systems.
• Oversee e‑commerce operations, improving user experience, order processing, inventory, payments and delivery.
• Act as Product Owner: define priorities, manage the backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify automation opportunities, create process maps and maintain system documentation.
• Coordinate with developers and service providers for system changes and integrations.
• Analyse incidents, determine root causes and follow up on resolutions, including testing and UAT.
• Monitor APIs, databases and data flows across ERP, Odoo, Magento and e‑commerce platforms.
• Produce performance, sales and operations dashboards and train end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Experience managing Magento and other e‑commerce platforms.
• Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Good knowledge of databases, SQL and API integrations.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
