About the role
Aya is seeking a remote Telesales Specialist to engage existing and prospective customers across the GCC. You will drive sales by understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Guide customers through the sales process and address their inquiries.
- Provide tailored solutions and close sales deals.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and support abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of closing deals.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience or knowledge of the GCC market and modest fashion trends (beneficial).
