About the role

Aya is seeking a remote Telesales Specialist to engage existing and prospective customers across the GCC. You will drive sales by understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Guide customers through the sales process and address their inquiries.
Provide tailored solutions and close sales deals.
Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies.

Required profile

Strong customer service and support abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven sales expertise with a track record of closing deals.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience or knowledge of the GCC market and modest fashion trends (beneficial).
