Telesales Specialist

About the role

Aya is seeking a remote Telesales Specialist to engage existing and prospective customers across the GCC. You will drive sales by understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring a high level of service.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process and address their inquiries.
• Provide tailored solutions and close sales deals.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven sales expertise with a track record of closing deals.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience or knowledge of the GCC market and modest fashion trends (beneficial).
