Tender Engineer

About the role

The Tender Engineer will support SAC’s project pipeline by reviewing tender documentation and preparing accurate technical and commercial proposals. This position works closely with procurement, estimation and project teams to ensure submissions meet client requirements and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse tender documents, drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Perform quantity take‑offs and cost estimations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Estimation and Project teams to gather necessary information.
• Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, timely and compliant with client and internal standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of construction and contracting processes.
