Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. The role blends administrative HSE duties with regular field coordination and site visits, ensuring compliance and safety across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate HSE training requests from project sites and external providers.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of employee safety certificates.
• Monitor certificate expiration dates and arrange timely renewals.
• Coordinate PPE requirements with Site Supervisors and Permit Receivers.
• Track PPE distribution, inventory, and replacement cycles.
• Support HSE documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify HSE requirements.
• Organize records using Excel, databases, and digital filing systems.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HSE, construction, operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic HSE certification (e.g., IOSH or OSHA) is a plus.
• Willingness to conduct field visits when required.
