Test and Repair Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Test and Repair Technician to perform testing and repair of electronic devices such as printed circuit boards, panel boards, modules and components. The role involves diagnosing faults, determining root causes and implementing appropriate solutions while supporting both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on PCBs, circuits, panel boards and related electronic modules.
• Diagnose failures, identify root causes and apply corrective repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area that meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction.
• Document repair and testing activities, generate detailed reports for analysis.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest product design improvements.
• Ensure required parts and components are available; coordinate with inventory when specialized items are needed.
• Assist in improving testing protocols, procedures and repair methods.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in electronics or a related technical field.
