Therapeutic Area Partner – Hematology (Riyadh)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) – Hematology in Riyadh is a field‑based position responsible for scientific exchange with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the hematology landscape. You will act as the primary point of contact for physicians, pharmacists, HEOR experts and multidisciplinary teams, supporting the safe and appropriate use of BMS products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep disease expertise and synthesize clinical data to generate insights for internal strategy.
• Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with agreed KPIs, ensuring proactive scientific engagement with HCPs.
• Prepare and present accurate product information, respond to unsolicited scientific queries, and stay current on emerging BMS data.
• Map hospitals, understand patient journeys, identify access barriers and drive formulary enlistment of approved indications.
• Communicate both scientific and economic value of BMS products to stakeholders.
• Identify knowledge gaps in the territory and implement targeted learning programs.

Required profile

• Strong background in hematology and familiarity with the treatment landscape.
• Ability to spend at least 90% of working time in the field engaging HCPs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to collect, synthesize and convey medical insights.
