Total Rewards Specialist

About the role

The Total Rewards Specialist supports the administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs at Alsalam Aircraft Company. The role ensures internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives while collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration and implementation of compensation and benefits programs in line with approved policies.
• Conduct salary analysis and market benchmarking to assess internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Maintain and review salary structures, grades, and salary ranges.
• Assist with annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare Total Rewards reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Administer employee benefits, allowances, and other Total Rewards programs.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, and other functions to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Maintain confidential employee compensation and benefits records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis for compensation and benefits.
• Participate in job evaluation and grading activities and keep related documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards administration.
• Ability to handle confidential data with high integrity.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
