Training Supervisor - Pre-Opening Resort

About the role

Basiqat by Mantis, a luxury resort in Riyadh currently in its pre-opening phase, is looking for a Training Supervisor to join its People & Culture team. The role coordinates, delivers and monitors learning and development initiatives that support employee performance, service excellence and organisational growth, and prepares the staff for the resort's opening.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual training and development plan, conduct training needs assessments and design and deliver programmes on guest service, communication, leadership and operations
• Run classroom sessions, workshops and practical training, and support departmental trainers with on-the-job training
• Develop the pre-opening training calendar, organise orientation and onboarding, and run brand immersion and service culture training
• Deliver training on luxury service etiquette, guest engagement, personalisation and service recovery, and reinforce sustainability awareness
• Maintain training records, monitor compliance and prepare monthly training reports and calendars
• Support employee development, career growth and internal talent programmes, and work with department heads and external providers on training delivery

The position is full-time, based in Riyadh, reporting to the People & Culture Manager, and applies to the pre-opening team.
