Transformer Oil Machines Maintenance Foreman

About the role

The Maintenance Foreman will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of transformer oil processing and filling equipment, ensuring reliable and safe production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and assign daily tasks to the maintenance team, monitoring performance.
• Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on oil filtration, purification, vacuum filling, pumps, compressors, and related systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Coordinate with production to minimise equipment downtime.
• Monitor spare‑parts inventory and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and quality standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and keep service records up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong knowledge of transformer oil processing and vacuum equipment.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices and root‑cause analysis.
