Vendor Operations Associate – Strategic Initiatives (MENA Stores)

About the role

The Vendor Operations Associate for Strategic Initiatives will join Amazon's MENA Grocery team to help build new business from the ground up. You will work directly with vendors, manufacturers and internal partners to streamline their use of Amazon’s platforms, ensuring smooth purchase order and shipment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist vendors in managing purchase orders, shipment coordination and catalog procurement.
• Provide hands‑on support and training on Amazon tools and systems.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, maintaining accurate records of all activities.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with in‑stock managers, vendor managers, program managers and fulfillment partners to improve performance metrics.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, capable of handling data accurately under pressure.
