Vice President General Lines Relationship Management (Chinese Corporate Clients)

About the role

Marsh Risk Consulting is looking for a senior leader to head General Lines Relationship Management for Chinese corporate clients in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will drive growth and retention of a diverse portfolio of large corporate accounts, delivering tailored risk and insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct GAP analyses to uncover growth opportunities within client accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives of Chinese corporations.
• Design and implement customized general lines insurance and risk‑management programs.
• Collaborate with internal risk consulting, Mercer Marsh Benefits and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive client retention and contribute to new‑business revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and oversee related administrative processes.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven expertise in large corporate general lines insurance and property portfolios.
• Experience working with Chinese clients or being from China is essential.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
