Vice President Operations & Delivery

About the role

The Vice President Operations & Delivery leads end‑to‑end delivery of SaaS solutions, overseeing cross‑functional teams in software development, consulting and emerging technologies. The role ensures operational excellence, scalability and high customer satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute operational strategy, establishing scalable processes, governance and KPIs.
• Own full lifecycle delivery of SaaS products and client solutions, ensuring projects meet time, scope and budget targets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align roadmaps, drive software quality, performance and security, and manage release pipelines.
• Oversee consulting engagements, standardising methodologies and supporting pre‑sales solution design.
• Lead adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud and cybersecurity, building internal capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12‑15+ years of experience in technology, SaaS or ICT environments, with a strong background in software delivery and operational management.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional teams and driving cost‑optimization initiatives.
