Vice President – Performance Improvement Management Consultant

About the role

AlixPartners is seeking a Vice President to join its fast‑growing Performance Improvement practice in Riyadh. You will work with top‑tier clients across sectors such as retail, energy, real estate, aerospace, and private equity, delivering end‑to‑end performance projects that drive measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of performance improvement engagements, including operational diagnostics, supply‑chain optimisation, cost‑reduction initiatives and financial modelling.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to develop actionable recommendations and quantify impact for client decision‑making.
• Travel across the GCC to client sites and occasionally to EU locations as required.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with strong academic record, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of consulting experience at a top‑tier international consulting firm.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in supply‑chain, large‑scale transformations, financial modelling and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Saudi residency or ability to obtain work permits (support provided).
