Villa Host – Luxury Resort Guest Experience

About the role

The Villa Host is the dedicated point of contact for guests staying in our exclusive villas, ensuring a seamless, highly personalized experience from arrival to departure. Working closely with multiple resort departments, you will anticipate needs, coordinate bespoke services, and embody the distinctive spirit of SLS The Red Sea.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the guest journey for assigned villas, from pre‑arrival preparation through departure.
• Review guest profiles, preferences, VIP status and special occasions to craft personalized experiences.
• Conduct pre‑arrival villa inspections to verify cleanliness, amenities, maintenance and overall presentation meet brand standards.
• Personally welcome villa guests and facilitate smooth in‑villa check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate requests with relevant resort departments to completion.
• Arrange dining, spa, wellness, activities, transportation, celebrations and other tailored experiences.
• Coordinate in‑villa services such as dining, minibar, laundry, luggage handling and special amenities.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and stay information within hotel systems.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback, concerns and support effective service recovery.

• Proactive mindset and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Experience delivering personalized guest experiences in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
