Virtual Affluent Relationship Manager

About the role

The Virtual Affluent Relationship Manager (VRM) will act as the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth customers, delivering a superior digital banking experience and promoting the bank’s full suite of financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all departmental policies, SOPs and regulatory guidelines to ensure consistent, controlled work.
• Maintain regular, policy‑driven communication with customers, providing a seamless digital experience.
• Educate and motivate customers to use digital channels while keeping a personal “window” for direct contact.
• Log and resolve customer complaints accurately and control customer attrition.
• Execute banking campaigns in coordination with relevant business units to meet sales and acquisition targets.
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products.
• Conduct follow‑ups to ensure engagement, gather feedback and foster loyalty.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for Riyad Bank in line with company standards.
• Identify and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, aligning with international best practices.
• Comply with safety, quality and environmental policies to ensure a healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
