About the role

As a Visa and Immigration Lead you will shape and operate a technology‑driven approach to global immigration and cross‑border work compliance, turning complex regulations into clear, scalable rules for people and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret international visa and immigration regulations for cross‑border work scenarios.
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured decision trees, system‑ready workflows and auditable compliance logic.
• Own end‑to‑end resolution of complex immigration questions, providing expert guidance to Sales, Operations, Customer Support and Success teams.
• Design, document and continuously improve standardized visa and immigration processes.
• Identify automation and standardisation opportunities to make compliance workflows more efficient and scalable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in visa and immigration compliance, preferably corporate immigration.
• Strong knowledge of international visa regulations and cross‑border work requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Highly analytical, structured problem‑solver with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
