Waiter (Saudis Only)

About the role

The Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Waiter in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for its Food & Beverage service team. The team anticipates guests' needs and delivers a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond. The position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department, delivering the guest service experience to the highest level
• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and on time to guest enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them in a timely and professional way
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives so that hotel initiatives and targets are achieved
• Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and attain productivity and performance levels
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, and follow up as required

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence

Required skills

• Experience using IT systems on various platforms
• Strong communication skills
