Warehouse Operator – Logistics & Material Handling

About the role

Thales is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Operator to join its Riyadh facility. The role focuses on accurate inventory management, efficient material handling, and strict adherence to safety and security protocols to support smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Store materials in designated locations, maintaining an organized and accessible inventory.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using the Warehouse Management System and conduct regular stock counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and barcode scanners safely and efficiently.
• Label, document and track all materials and shipments.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods while minimizing damage.
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
