Warehouse Supervisor

About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor (also referred to as Warehouse Controller) will lead daily warehouse activities at ABYAT’s Al‑Qassim facility. This full‑time position ensures that all physical movements are accurately captured in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and that inventory remains precise and compliant with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Control receiving, storage, picking, staging and distribution processes.
- Ensure every physical transaction is reflected in the WMS/ERP system.
- Create and monitor Transfer Orders (TOs) and update system records.
- Validate warehouse activities against SOPs and operational checklists.
- Maintain stock accuracy, bin locations and overall inventory integrity.
- Enforce warehouse policies, procedures and safety standards.
- Optimize picking routes to minimise movement and maximise efficiency.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, high‑risk items and replacement orders.
- Assign zones and responsibilities to team members and conduct random compliance checks.
- Reduce handling damage, inventory loss and operational waste through preventive actions.
- Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
- Allocate daily workloads, coach staff and ensure clear communication of expectations.
