Watch Polisher – Luxury Watch Finishing

About the role

The Watch Polisher is responsible for delivering high‑standard polishing and re‑finishing of luxury watch cases and components made from steel, gold, platinum and other precious metals. This position ensures every piece meets the aesthetic and cleanliness standards required before final repair.

Key responsibilities

• Perform expert polishing, re‑finishing, and cleaning of watch cases and components.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures to guarantee consistent quality.
• Meet defined lead times to support efficient workshop workflow.
• Maintain an organized, clean polishing station and equipment.
• Monitor and replenish polishing consumables to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise daily and weekly workload.
• Record and report daily polishing activity figures accurately.
• Strictly adhere to all safety rules and regulations in the workshop.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience polishing luxury watches.
• Basic written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high manual dexterity.

Required skills

• Knowledge of polishing techniques such as lapping, mirror polishing and satining.
• Proficiency with lapping machines and specialized polishing tools.
• Experience using Crevoisier attachments or similar equipment.
