Zoho Developer

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for a Zoho Developer to design, build, and optimise Zoho‑based business applications that support multiple functions such as sales, marketing, finance and operations. The role focuses on custom development, workflow automation and seamless integration with third‑party platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom applications in Zoho Creator, including forms, reports, dashboards and workflows.
• Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, validation rules, buttons and user interfaces to match business needs.
• Write and manage Deluge scripts for business logic, scheduled functions and automation.
• Build integrations between Zoho apps and external services (Shopify, Slack, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, REST APIs) and ensure reliable bi‑directional data sync.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Zoho solutions, optimise performance, and manage security settings and user roles.
• Document technical customisations, workflows and integrations, and provide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and promote adoption of Zoho platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience within the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics).
• Proven track record of developing custom Zoho applications and automating business processes.

Required skills
