Account Handler – Health & Benefits

About the role

Aon is seeking an Account Handler for its Health & Benefits line in Al Khobar. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing client accounts, handling policy renewals, and delivering high‑quality customer service within the insurance and brokerage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and accurate documentation.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for health and welfare benefit solutions, addressing client inquiries and issues.
• Process claims and coordinate with insurance carriers to achieve efficient resolutions.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions to meet client needs while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management and renewal processes.
• Knowledge of insurance, brokerage operations, and health‑benefits administration.
• Prior exposure to the health and benefits sector is preferred.
