About the role
We are seeking a professional Account Manager to join our team. The role focuses on managing corporate client relationships and delivering integrated HR solutions that align with client needs. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
- Resolve complaints and proactively prevent issues related to client accounts.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with client stakeholders, including HR and Finance teams.
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction and continuously enhance the overall client experience.
- Submit, maintain, and track CRM requests.
- Review client account activity reports to identify opportunities and risks.
Required profile
- Professional experience in a similar account management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
