Area Manager – Retail (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Area Manager will lead and develop multiple Rituals retail stores across an assigned territory in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Head of Retail or Retail Operations Manager, you will ensure strong commercial performance, operational excellence, and consistent delivery of the brand’s “Feel Good Experience”.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the market’s retail strategy and align store operations with global standards.
• Develop and monitor annual performance plans, targets and budgets for 10‑12 shop managers.
• Translate targets into concrete action plans per store to drive sales and KPI performance.
• Approve staffing plans, ensure productivity targets and employee wellbeing.
• Visit each store regularly (at least monthly) to drive operational excellence and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Retail Coordination, Training and Senior Shop Managers on team development, store communication and new openings.

• Excellent analytical skills to monitor performance and adjust plans.
• Ability to work on‑site across the assigned territory.
