Account Manager

About the role

Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our client accounts. You will build lasting relationships, ensure successful delivery of our solutions, and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare status reports, and collaborate with the sales team.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant account management or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
