Accountant – Food Distribution (Saudi National)

About the role

The Accountant will manage financial operations for Alyasra Foods’ distribution of protein, dairy, condiments, bakery and beverage products to the food‑service sector across Saudi Arabia. The role ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance and provides financial insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Record customer receipts, allocate payments, reconcile statements and resolve invoice disputes.
• Prepare periodic customer statements and balance confirmation letters; collect cash from salesmen and ensure timely deposits.
• Support month‑end closing activities for accounts receivable, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Verify, record and process supplier invoices and employee expense claims.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls and cash‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Saudi national (as indicated in the title).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with financial reporting software such as Microsoft Dynamics.
